Orisa Oko is the Diety of the Farm

Orisa Oko tries those accused of witchcraft.  If found guilty Oko would lead accused to his cave and a demon called Polo would execute accused.  If the accused is determined innocent they were released to the people.

Oko followers took strong men to sacred cave for "scared straight" rituals, simulating the demon Polo as a precautionary measure.  Rites of passage.
