To change your display settings, minimize all programs and right click anywhere on your screen that does not have an icon, then click on properties.  You can also double click on display from the control panel.  Once you open your Display Properties window click on settings.  Then move the slide by holding your left mouse button and drag the slide to your desired setting.  The maximum screen size available to you varies from computer to computer.  You can also change the amount of colors viewable for you here.  This picture below also varies from machine to machine.

To view your browser at full screen: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer click on view then click on Full Screen, or you can press your F11 key.
